CLT Design Build is a family-owned studio founded and led by husband-and-wife team Chris and Holly. Together, they've built a company that reflects everything they believe a remodeling experience should be — beautifully designed, expertly built, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish.
Chris brings over 25 years of hands-on construction experience to every project, carrying forward a tradition of craftsmanship that spans three generations of his family. Holly leads design and client experience, bringing more than a decade of interior design expertise and an eye for the details that make a space feel truly personal.
Together, they've transformed kitchens and bathrooms across Denver's finest neighborhoods — from Cherry Creek and Washington Park to Castle Pines and Englewood — earning a reputation for quality that speaks for itself.

A third-generation contractor with over 25 years of experience, Chris grew up learning the trade from his father and grandfather. Chris personally oversees each build, ensuring the craftsmanship meets the standard his family has always stood for.

Designer & Office Manager
With over 10 years of interior design experience, Holly is the creative force behind every CLT space. She guides clients through material selections, cabinetry layouts, tile choices, and finish details — translating their vision into a cohesive design that is both beautiful and livable. As office manager, Holly also ensures the client experience is seamless, responsive, and stress-free from the first consultation through the final walkthrough.

Holly guides you through every design decision: cabinetry styles, countertop materials, tile selections, hardware finishes, and lighting. Chris walks you through the construction plan, timeline, and budget — with the transparency and expertise of someone who has been doing this his entire life.
